Product Packaging & Shipping (Warehouse Product Packer)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Type: Full-time ( Weekday Daytime Shift) 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay: Starts at $15.00 per hour

Warehouse Product Packers will follow the standard operating procedures appropriate for packing various kinds of products. This includes handling boards of varying sizes and weights while keeping work area safe and organized.

Job Responsibilities

• Read and follow standard operating procedures for packing

• Select appropriate material for packing

• Work safely and keep all areas neat and organized

• Meet productivity, quality, and safety goals

• Follow directions and complete paperwork correctly and neatly

​

Requirements

• Lift, push and pull product weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly

• Able to stand for an 8 hour shift every day

• Kneel, bend, crouch, reach and stretch while handling boards of varying sizes

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail

• Have reliable transportation to and from work

• Have an excellent attendance record

• Willing and able to follow all company policies

• Actively participate in all team meetings and events

• Must be flexible and willing to learn new skills

• Ability to follow direction in a team environment

• Desire to have long term employment
